This piece is by Robert Cooper Ca. 1474 to Ca. 1535-1540.  Noted as Doctor in the manuscript received his title from Cambridge in 1507.

Both these pieces are Anonymous.  I have used recorders for these and there were many recorders in the inventory of Henry VIII at his death.
