Meeting of Musical Minds, is a piece about an after concert drink shared with 3 other composers. Which I found exciting at the time, so I wrote a piece with a ground base gently exploring some light variations.

I was playing a lot of Louis Couperin at the time of writing this piece as I hope you can here in the composition.

This piece was inspired by J S Bach’s twisting two part inventions and other two part keyboard works.  I have also arranged an extended version with new sections for Wind Quartet.  Enjoy.

This piece is Sub titled “Courante” and was originally intended as part of a Baroque type Suit for Piano. If you look at the videos on my site you can see an Allemand from the same impetus.
